Mentality
This blog is on imaginary story created by me.
In a company while working the communication between the staff, the co workers, the boss, the managers was quite well and good. And the circumstances was comfortable for me.
So, while working for one to two months I just had one mistake and that one mistake became trouble for me. I miss placed important company documents for that my boss yeld at me and everyday he used to ask for his papers but iwas speechless as I misplaced the papers. The things were messed up with me got me into mental stress and my nights were sleepless. I became frustrated that eventually affected my mental health by symptoms like mood changes of highs and lows, extreme feelings of guilt, there was change in my eating habits, excessive anger.
There was lack of enthusiasm and lack of concentration while I was working.
One day my kaliks and co workers came to me and they asked me what happened.
I replied them in a stressed way and I explained them all the mess which happened to me.
So after all my listenings they came to an conclusion.
And they helped me out in such a way that I had my stress with mediation, by listening to them properly, by talking to myself.
And you know that people start to heal the moment, they feel heard.
And the World the nature is giving answers each day. We should learn to listen.
And eventually my mentality was changed. And they suggested me to do a substitute work for misplaced paper's.
That's how some person's r important in our life's to change our mentality towards work or anything.
And this is how they changed mine towards my work.
